Margaret Morris
Margaret Morris has decided to spend the rest of her life doing missions and helping those in need. She is one of the founders of the Edna May Morris Scholarship foundation. As the third child for Edna May Morris, she has decided to keep her mom’s memory alive through the Scholarship Foundation at the Mall Road Church Of God Of Prophecy. Ms Morris plays a very important role as Treasurer for the organization as she is responsible for the acquiring of funds for the scholarships. In addition, she works as a team player with her husband, Conrad, in the preparation and shipping of the merchandise for distribution in Jamaica .
Margaret is a two time graduate from the city University of New York-Brooklyn College, and a graduate from the New School University in Manhattan New York . She taught high school in Brooklyn for 22 years.
Conrad Joshua
Conrad Joshua is one of the foundation members of the Edna May Morris Scholarship Foundation. Presently he actively participates in the preparation and shipping of the goods for distribution in Jamaica. He was very instrumental in helping with the well-being of Edna May Morris when she was alive. They conversed on a daily basis, and she often reminded him about her love for the Mall Road Church Of God Of Prophecy. To keep her memory alive Mr Joshua has devoted his energy to her scholarship foundation.
Patricia Lodge
Patricia Lodge is also one of the foundation members of the Edna May Morris Scholarship foundation. She is Edna Morris’ first daughter. Mrs Lodge is presently the family representative on the Building Fund Committee of the Mall Road Church Of God Of Prophecy.
Mrs. Lodge is a graduate of Thomas Edison State College in New Jersey, USA, and the New York City Technical College in Brooklyn New York. She worked at the King’s County Hospital in Brooklyn New York as a RN, and at Bacharach Rehabilitation Hospital in New Jersey.
Georgia Gayle
Georgia Gayle, Edna May Morris’ granddaughter was very instrumental in the formation of the organization, and played a pivotal role in the launching of the Edna May Morris Scholarship foundation in 2022. Ms Gayle was in charge of the meetings, and made it possible for the family to communicate via technology with the members on the committee from the Mall Road Church of God of Prophecy.
Ms Gayle is Director Head of US/ Global Operations leader with Alexion Pharmaceuticals Inc. She is a graduate of the City University of New York- Baruch College, and Berkeley College
Kareem G Gayle Fagan
Kareem Gayle-Fagan is a preeminent Human Resources Executive, with a passion for elevating the employee experience and cultivating a culture of inclusion and belonging where all are empowered to thrive. With nearly 20 years of experience working with iconic luxury retailers, Kareem currently works at Parfums Christian Dior where she is a Vice President of Human Resources. She provides strategic support in accomplishing business objectives, including but not limited to culture evolution, performance management, learning and development, driving inclusion and talent management strategies.
In addition to being a wife and mom of two, Kareem is also a dedicated Board Advisor to Gyrl Wonder where she empowers young women of color through mentorship and guidance. Rooted in career development, mentorship, physical and mental wellness, Gyrl Wonder empowers the next generation of gyrl leaders to be aggressive and steadfast in the pursuit of their dreams.
Kareem holds a B.A. in Psychology from Pace University, an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology & Human Relations from Brooklyn College, an HR certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Executive certifications from Cornell University, Harvard and LVMH.
Bishop Charles Buchanan
Bishop Charles Buchanan has been the senior pastor of Bethel Tabernacle Church of God of Prophecy at 24-26 Mall Road since May 2003. Prior to that he served the church as a National Worker in multiple ministries for 12 years, as a lecturer for Leadership Development Institute (LDI), and before then in numerous local church leadership appointments.
Charles Buchanan is a two-time graduate of the University of the West Indies, works with the National Water Commission and considers himself the undeserving beneficiary of the love, blessings and support of a wonderful Proverbs 31 wife, Charmaine, and three God-fearing children.
Sister Charmaine Buchanan
Sister Charmaine Buchanan is the head of Bethel Tabernacle Church of God of Prophecy’s Education Committee, spear-heading its annual back-to-school outreach activities. She also actively serves on the Executive and in several other areas of ministry.
Charmaine Buchanan is a graduate of both the University of the West Indies (UWI) and the University of Technology (UTech), and works with the HEART NSTA Trust.
She and her husband are parents to 3 children.
